He arrived at the expected time (Friday afternoon Oct 3, 2008) and immediately noted that the problem was NOT loose shingles as I had reported, but instead was a loose section of the metal ridge vent. He drove to the parts center and brought back the needed new parts, and singlehandedly put up the ladder (3 story high Town house), climbed up, removed safely the damaged part, and installed all new sections, sealed the nails and also sealed the other existing roof plumbing system vent pipes on the roof. Very well done job. He also had all the proper paperwork, and so I was very pleased and satisfied. Thank you."
